Important - Member Insurance Policy
England Golf Free Cover
Playing members retain basic liability cover under the England Golf scheme. As an England Golf member you are covered for personal liability in the event that you are found to be negligent for causing injury to another person or damage to third party property whilst playing or practising golf at any golf club or recognised practice facility in the UK, Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man.
There is no excess in respect of personal injury claims, and just a £500 excess in respect of damage to third party property.
Main North Hants Golf Club Policy
Limited cover via the main North Hants Club Insurance policy remains in place including the below:
Member to member liability cover up to £5,000,000 (anywhere in the European Union)
Non-Negligent Damage: up to £1,000 any one occurrence and £5,000 in the aggregate;
Personnel Effects: £3,000 any one person, subject to a £350 excess for each and every incident of loss;
Details of the new comprehensive members' scheme which bridges the gap between the free England Golf Scheme and limited cover provided by our main club policy will be shared in due course. We hope to have this in place by the end of February once the product has been finalised.
