For all golf days there is a minimum catering charge of £15.00 per person
Terms and Conditions
Anticipated numbers should be indicated when booking and the final numbers must be confirmed in writing to North Hants Golf Club not later than seven days prior to the date of the golf day. North Hants Golf Club cannot guarantee to accommodate more players than originally booked but will always endeavour to accept slight increases if possible.
The names of all players and a starting sheet indicating format of play should be sent to North Hants Golf Club not later than three days prior to the date of the golf day.
The format of play stated above may not be changed without prior agreement from the Secretary of North Hants Golf Club.
All charges are to be settled by the end of the day unless credit arrangements have been agreed with the Secretary of North Hants Golf Club in advance. The numbers finally confirmed seven days prior to the date of the golf day will be the minimum number for which you will be charged.
All costs are inclusive of Value Added Tax at the prevailing rate.
